Buomesca Tué Na Bangna (commonly known as just Mesca) is a midfielder who played for Fulham from 2011 until 2015. A pacey young winger who can play on either flank, his future looked in doubt after two serious knee injuries at such an early time in his footballing career. He recovered well, and despite making his first team debut under Martin Jol he struggled to break into the side. He has represented Portugal at U19 level and is eligible to play for Guinea-Bissau.
Mesca joined Fulham from neighbours Chelsea, after he was released from his contract due to a knee injury. Mesca recovered nevertheless, and began playing an important role in the Under-21 squad during 2011-12. He began the 2012 pre-season training with the first team and clearly impressed Martin Jol as he was participated in most of the pre-season frindlies, and earned himself a squad number for the coming season. Unfortunately for Mesca, his knee injury returned, and this caused him to be out of action for virtually the entire season. He recovered well and eased back into playing in the U21's at the back end of 2012-13.
