Josh Passley was a defender at Fulham from 2005 until 2015. He was mainly utilised as an attacking right back, but was also capable of playing as a centre back or a right winger. He joined the club as an 11 year-old after being spotted by the Fulham scouts and had been a prominent figure in the academy up until his departure.
Josh joined Fulham in the 2005-06 season and began playing for the U11 squad. He worked his way up through the academy to where he is now in the U21's. He was part of the U19 squad that travelled to USA for the Dallas Cup in 2013 where they returned as victors.
On 26 January 2014, Josh was a surprise selection at right back in the first team for their FA Cup tie away at Sheffield United and was handed the number 46 shirt. He played the full 90 minutes on what was a terrible pitch due to heavy rain, and was complimented by René Meulensteen after his performance and was rewarded with a spot on the bench for the following league match at home to Southampton.
On 27 November 2014, he was loaned out to Shrewsbury Town for two months, after team-mate Jack Grimmer was recalled to the First team after initially impressing on loan to the Shrews in the right back position. Shortly after returning to Fulham, Josh then went on loan to League Two side Portsmouth for a further months experience before earning an extension until the end of the season.
